A theater guesthouse when the winds of war were blowing. Nicolò Farruggio took it over in the ’90s, when the Teatro Massimo was still closed, and dreamed of making it a flagship for the city, a small, large hotel of charme. And as chance would have it, in 1998 the opening coincided with the inauguration of the theatre, right across the street. The staircase leads to the first floor in a single ramp and the rooms recover the style of the Belle Èpoque; 11 rooms, mini suite all different colors, furnished with sobriety.
