Thousands upon thousands of people board a plane every day in Punta Raisi with a packet of delicious sweets baked in a pastry shop in Cinisi founded in 1920. Santi Palazzolo dedicates himself to sweets and the family business, inherited in 1985, at just 23 years old, with his wife Nunzia. Today, thanks also to roles in trade institutions, he has become a promoter of the Sicilian confectionery tradition in Europe and around the world.
