His grandparents opened a billiards table with a bar in 1961; it soon became a meeting place for the city team. Giacomo Adelfio, along with Rosaria Sacile and his sisters, took over in ’87, setting up bars, pastry shops, ice cream shops, delicatessens, and even outdoor tables; qualified catering. Collaborating are her children Rosa, Anna, and Salvatore, who opened Rosanero XX Settembre, a family-run and class-run business at the time.
