Founded in the 1920s in Arturo Morettino's spice and colonial shop in the San Lorenzo ai Colli neighborhood of Palermo, the business specialized in coffee starting in the 1950s thanks to Angelo Morettino and his wife Mariolina. Today, roasting is managed by the third and fourth generations and stands out for its slow, eco-friendly roasting, fine grinding, and direct control of production in the countries of origin.
The modern establishment also houses a coffee museum, where you can admire ancient and modern instruments, including a locomotive-shaped coffee maker made in 1861 by architect Jean Baptiste Toselli.
